  Brandi Sisson does an outstanding job, each and every time I contact her. And I have contacted her plenty over the past several years. Whether it is processing a monthly payment, dealing with an incredibly shocking and emotional event such as severe water damage in our home, or reaching out to another party on behalf of MSA. She goes above and beyond. She is kind and compassionate, and sincere. Her follow through is "gold star" - She will literally and/or figuratively "hold your hand" through the entire process. She can peal you off the ceiling, put her arm around you and tell you it will be okay. Brandi is also patient, willing to reiterate info. - sometimes multiple times! It is so rare to deal with such a dedicated person, and no where else have I had the pleasure to work with someone who clearly and truly does care for her clients.
  She perfectly blends professionalism, competency, and compassion in every interaction.
